the location was great, very central to everything. the pool was also a welcome addition (especially after a long day of walking). the staff was friendly and helpful .
the first room i had shared an adjoining wall, and the noise was quite disruptive. this made it hard to sleep. the pillows in the second room were too firm (like cushions). i never received the email with the promised offer for a future stay.

The location was fantastic. i could easily walk to all the main attractions (i especially liked visiting the castle!). the room was surprisingly quiet, even though it was in a busy area. the staff were helpful. They let me check in early, which i appreciated.
the wifi in my room was patchy with frequent drop-outs. the breakfast buffet, while varied, lacked vegan options, limiting my choices.

The bathroom was NOT clean. I found cobwebs there. A used plaster stuck to the air conditioning controls, SO disgusting!!! I heard hallway noises. The soundproofing was not good at all.
